1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to SkillWarfare. By creating an account, accessing our website/app, or joining any tournament or match, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must provide accurate registration details (including a valid Pakistani mobile number). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Any activity under your account is considered your responsibility.

3. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat / Anti-Hacking Policy (Strict)

SkillWarfare has a zero-tolerance policy against hacking, cheating, and unfair advantage. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Use of hacks, cheats, mods, scripts, bots, auto-aim, wallhacks, speed hacks, or any third-party tool that modifies gameplay
• Account sharing, boosting, collusion, match fixing, or multi-accounting to gain unfair rewards
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or platform vulnerabilities
• Any attempt to manipulate results, kill counts, rankings, wallets, or referral systems

Consequences: If we detect or reasonably suspect hacking/cheating, we may immediately:

• Disqualify you from the match / tournament
• Forfeit entry fees and withhold or reverse winnings
• Suspend or permanently ban your account
• Block withdrawals and related requests

SkillWarfare’s decision on fair-play violations is final. We may review gameplay evidence, reports, device data, and admin logs.

4. Internet Connection & Device Responsibility

You must ensure a stable, high-quality internet connection and a suitable device before joining any match.

• If you disconnect, lag, freeze, get knocked out, or are eliminated due to poor internet, network switching, low signal, VPN issues, device lag, battery drain, or app crash, SkillWarfare is not responsible.
• No refund, rematch, or compensation will be provided for losses caused by your internet or device problems.
• Room ID / password delays caused by your connection do not create any liability for us.

By joining a match you confirm that your connection and device are ready for competitive play.

5. Matches, Entry Fees & Rewards

Entry fees, prize pools, schedules, maps, and rules are shown on each match page. Once you join and the match starts, entry fees are generally non-refundable except where SkillWarfare cancels the match for operational reasons.

Winning coins / rewards are credited only after official result processing by admin. Fake screenshots or false claims may lead to account action under the anti-cheat policy.

6. Wallet, Top-up & Withdrawals

Top-up and withdrawal requests are subject to verification. Only eligible winning coins may be withdrawn as per platform rules. SkillWarfare may delay or reject requests if fraud, hacking, or policy abuse is suspected.

7. Referrals

Referral bonuses are paid only for valid, genuine users and activity. Fake accounts, self-referrals, or abuse of the referral system may void bonuses and lead to bans.

8. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, abusive behaviour, or security risks, with or without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

SkillWarfare provides the platform on an “as available” basis. We are not liable for losses arising from internet failure, third-party game servers (e.g. PUBG), device issues, or force majeure. Our liability, if any, is limited to the entry amount of the affected match where we cancel it.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of SkillWarfare after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
